July Meeting 2010

We met at Donna's house this month so were able to see all the turtles - she currently has 47! Fortunately 9 have a new home to go in the north island.
The first half of the meeting was for social chit-chat and then we moved onto talking about our club and the FNZAS and where we want them to go in the future. We hope to have guest speakers, workshops and field trips planned for future meetings so stay tuned!

April Meeting 2010

We had a great meeting at Jen's place this month. It was also our AGM, and the club was due for a bit of a shake up.

I've happily handed over my role of Secretary to BDSpider and Loopy handed president over to Jen. Carznkats was the only person to keep her post as treasurer. So we're all looking forward to the new leadership for the club and wish them luck, especially with the 2010 Conference coming up.

Speaking of conference, things are well under way. Things are coming together well with sponsorship and items to raffle during the conference. If you want to help sponsor the club for the conference, or know anyone who would, please contact us

Our next meeting is at my place, so I'm looking forward to catching up with everyone. In the meantime, I just wanted to share a photo of my nosey Angelfish.
